National Endowment for the Arts selects David Keen to serve on research grant evaluation panel

National Endowment for the ArtsThrough its Research: Art Works program and its new Research Labs, the National Endowment for the Arts funds research that promotes creation of art, public engagement with art and understanding about the contributions of the arts. The NEA Office of Research & Analysis has selected Dave Keen to serve on its panel evaluating competitive grant proposals submitted by universities and other non-profit organizations.

Dave has a long-standing relationship with the NEA. He prepared two of the nation’s largest studies of arts audiences and participants across art forms and demographic groups: the 2002 Survey of Public Participation in the Arts and the 2008 Survey of Public Participation in the Arts.
