Mr. Manos has participated in disparity studies, including, but not limited to the Transportation Research Board, Minnesota Joint, City of New Orleans and Hawaii Department of Transportation Disparity Studies. While consulting on the Minnesota Joint and City of New Orleans studies, Mr. Manos edited and conducted research to ensure the correctness of analysis methods. Mr. Manos served as the Project Administrator for the Hawaii Department of Transportation Disparity Study, in which he was responsible for conducting contract data, procurement method and small business assistance research, business formation analysis and project coordination. As a member of the qualitative team at Keen Independent, Mr. Manos worked to convert commentary from interviews and public meetings into qualitative data for the Minnesota Joint Disparity Study and compiled interviews into a qualitative appendix for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Disparity Study. Mr. Manos has also participated in the collection and analyses of various surveys for Keen Independent’s disadvantaged business enterprise study for the Transportation Research Board.
As a Graduate Assistant for the Department of Health Management and Policy at Saint Louis University, Mr. Manos aided in the development of a five-year strategic plan for the Department of Health Management and Policy at Saint Louis University. Mr. Manos has also advised grant allocation strategy for the Missouri Foundation for Health. During SSM Health’s renovation and expansion of the Saint Louis University Hospital Mr. Manos worked strategically in floor design to streamline supply chain management practices. Mr. Manos holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Saint Louis University.
