Mr. Perez joined Keen Independent after working as an Economic Analyst Intern in the public policy sector for Rounds Consulting Group. He has experience in data collection and data management, statistical analysis and revenue forecasting. Manuel has also taken part in market studies and public policy impact analyses at the local, regional, state and national levels, spanning a wide range of areas such as housing, education, transportation and health care. Additionally, he has been able to work extensively on economic research at both the private and public sector levels.
As a Research Assistant at Keen Independent, Mr. Perez has assisted in quantitative analysis and data management for the Minnesota Joint Disparity Study for the City of Minneapolis and has also taken part in qualitative research, such as interview write-ups, for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Disparity Study.
As part of Keen Independent’s Oregon Department of Aviation (ODA) Statewide Disparity Study, Manuel is coordinating data intake from 56 NPIAS airports.
Mr. Perez graduated magna cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and minors in Mathematics and Religious Studies. Manuel is fluent in Spanish.
