David Falco came to Keen Independent in 2016 from Dun & Bradstreet, where he was an Analyst in the Marketing Analytics Department.
Mr. Falco performs quantitative analyses as part of Keen Independent’s equity and disparity studies including Keen Independent’s Title VI Program review for the Ohio Department of Transportation and disparity studies for the cities of Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Tacoma. David has worked with the Minnesota Department of Transportation as part of the 2017 Minnesota Joint Disparity Study.
David also performs statistical analysis for arts and entertainment feasibility studies and strategic planning assignments. He has contributed to Keen Independent projects for Denver Arts and Venues and the Wheeler Opera House in Aspen, Colorado.
At Dun & Bradstreet, Mr. Falco developed predictive models for a range of clients throughout the country. David has experience analyzing student test data for a school district in New Jersey. He conducted research for the Human Memory and Cognition Lab while at American University.
In October 2020, Mr. Falco will defend his Doctorate in Decision Psychology at Ohio State University. He earned a Master’s degree in Biological and Experimental Psychology, a B.S. in Applied Statistics and a B.A. in Psychology (with Honors) from American University.
