The City of Jefferson Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department engaged Keen Independent to create a Cultural Arts Master Plan to guide the City in enhancing the community’s quality of life through arts and culture.

Keen Independent conducted the following to create a draft Jefferson City Cultural Arts Master Plan:

• Background research, which includes existing assets and regional styles;
• Community engagement;
• Benchmarking of similar cities and communities;
• Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis; and
• Economic impact analysis.
