The Town of Parker has engaged Keen Independent to create a Cultural Strategic Plan to guide the Town in supporting arts and culture over the next 10 years.

To complete the Cultural Strategic Plan, Keen Independent will conduct:

• In-person and virtual public engagement;
• Mapping and inventory of existing arts and cultural amenities;
• Assessment of the community’s arts and culture needs;
• Consideration of Parker as a cultural destination;
• Benchmarking of communities with similar arts and culture infrastructure; and
• Analysis of Town planning efforts to align arts and culture initiatives.

Public Meeting

Parker residents and community members are invited to attend a public meeting to help shape the course of the planning process. The event will include a short presentation, as well as accessible and kid-friendly activity stations. Food and beverages will be served.
